The heated outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the peaceful surroundings provided a relaxing atmosphere. While the food was generally good, the breakfast options were repetitive, and the dining area had some cleanliness issues. The spacious rooms and family-friendly activities made our visit special. We appreciated the convenient shuttle to nearby attractions, enhancing our family bonding experience.

Newly renovated property, has very pleasant and super friendly staff at the reception desk. The pool area is well-maintained too. Good to have a shop in the lobby. What an amazing location to the new massive looking mall called the SkyAvenue! Close to Resorts World Awana.

During my visit to Genting Highlands, I was eager to explore the Genting Strawberry Leisure Farms. The Awana was the perfect choice due to its proximity to this amazing attraction. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access, which made it easier to plan my outings. The diverse on-site dining venues were a highlight, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to my tastes. The beautiful views and refreshing cool climate completed my enjoyable stay!
At check-in, there was no concierge assistance or valet service, which was a bit disappointing. when I tried to call for services, my calls went unanswered, leaving me wondering if the Awana was short on staff during my visit.

I recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this lovely hotel! The location is ideal, surrounded by beautiful greenery and just a short shuttle ride to the nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the cozy atmosphere in the dining area made for a nice start to our days. Plus, the beds were super comfy, and we both slept like babies!
Some serious service issues. Check-in was a hassle and took way longer than expected. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, which turned our romantic getaway into a sweaty ordeal. the odd noise disturbances during the night made it hard to relax. definitely not the dream escape we were hoping for!

The food was great taste. Beautiful and clean enviroment.
Front office staff does not know how to smile and greeting. I have to beg their pardon when they greet, at first I thought that they mumbling their self, when they greeting. i did call room service to call and order foods. the person whom answered my call gave me a feeling that she is not happy with my call. her tone was telling me that i had disturbed her. when call her at 2 pm and ordered food, i had requested her to sent my food at 4 pm. She answered " i cant send at 4 pm, if you order now we'll send in 45 minutes". and kept silence, waiting for me to find a solution by myself. As if i should be very lucky to stay in Awana, and be very grateful to eat your food. I don't mind if that's the procedure, but at least advice or suggest to call back at 3.15 pm. that's more polite and caring. Anyway, it's just my opinion and you don't have to consider much, because definitely i'm not going to waste my money in Awana again.

Old & Pricey. The so called Peak Season does not justify. The entire place was Quiet compared to the really Peak time.

I had a nice holiday here! The location is kinda chill, away from the usual hustle and bustle, which I appreciated. The heated outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the food at the on-site restaurant was actually pretty good. Plus, they offer free parking and a complimentary cable car ticket, which was a fun bonus!
The check-in took a bit too long, and the room had some maintenance issues like a broken closet door and faulty bathroom lock. The staff seemed a bit standoffish at times, and the breakfast didn't quite meet the four-star expectation. it could use some improvements.
